At Vertic USA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the order does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return by contacting us and filling out a return form. We offer a 30 day standard return policy on the majority of our products.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The return will only be accepted if all original parts are included as well as the original product packaging.

Some products we offer are ineligible for returns. These products include: software, product licenses and warranty services, and any digital downloadable software products.



Please read the following for important additional restrictions:

  • Defective Products Including Dead on Arrival: Customers may return products deemed defective or Dead On Arrival (DOA) within 15 days of the ship date. Vertic USA offers credit, replacement, exchange or repair, as deemed appropriate by seller.

  • Return Approval: Prior to returning any purchases, customers must contact Vertic USA  Support via email to get return approval and begin the return process. No returns of any type will be accepted by Vertic USA unless they include an RMA number obtained by contacting

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customer will be responsible for all costs associated with packaging and shipping for any returned goods. If an exchange or replacement is approved, Vertic USA will responsible for the shipping costs unless otherwise specified or agreed to with the customer.

  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may be applied to your return.


Vertic USA will initiate refunds after an approved return has been received and inspected. At this time, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipment Processing Times 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Vertic USA ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
